Step 1 of 5. Confirm your Lettuce identity before connecting a store. Every merchant uses an existing @lettuce.email — we never create a separate identity.

2 · Pick your commerce platform

We never copy your catalog — your provider stays the source of truth.

3 · Connect Stripe

Use the existing Lettuce Stripe account. Customer payment, your proceeds, Stripe processing fees, and the Lettuce platform fee are kept distinct — no faked mid-order charges.

Until Stripe is wired in Vercel, the merchant dashboard shows Not connected. The endpoint never pretends a charge happened.

4 · Configure the Lettuce Commerce Fee

3% of eligible completed transactions is the default. You can dial it down for low-margin SKUs or up for premium orders — the per-merchant fee is stored as integer bps so it never accidentally lands as a fractional cent.

5 · 🥬 Lettuce Agent Ready

Everything checks out. Your store is now reachable by Lettuce agents. Customers do not pay a separate Lettuce transaction fee in this model — the fee applies to merchants only.
