Connect Stripe
Use the existing Lettuce Stripe account with Stripe Connect. Customer payment, your proceeds, Stripe processing fees, and the Lettuce platform fee are kept distinct.
Platform configuration
When LETTUCE_STRIPE_SECRET is set, the platform can issue Connect account links and create PaymentIntents.
Merchant Connect
Lettuce never becomes Merchant of Record. Customer payment goes through your Connect account; the Lettuce application fee is the only revenue retained by Lettuce.
Economic flow

Net proceeds flow to your Stripe Connect account on the standard payout schedule.
Webhook
Configure LETTUCE_STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET in Vercel and point Stripe webhooks at /api/commerce/stripe/webhook. The endpoint validates the signature, marks the transaction complete, and (best-effort) completes the merchant-side order.
